This is one of my favourite places. The place located in the lower ground (LG) floor. It has an open front and it's really relaxing to chat here while you enjoy your delicious meal. The seating settings are quite interesting as it combine sofa and chair. The cashier is in front, drinking bar is behind the cashier, except for lemon tea, it is available at the cashier🤭. There is a hand washing area adjacent to the kitchen.

The burger taste just ok. Very different when it start open. When opening the taste better.

Our favorite fast food burger place! Get the Famous Star, it has everything you want in a burger: pickles, onions, lettuce, and meat.Today they sent the wrong order. We reordered within the same hour through gojek and spoke to the manager. Was thoroughly impressed with the manager's response in which he offered free burgers to make it up to us. They even offered to personally deliver the burgers to us!In a country where customer service is generally really bad, im very surprised and thankful for this place. Never lets us down. My family is forever a loyal customer

I think still sells the best half fast food half home made (or at least a quarter) burgers around and they are chained restaurant and serves like other fast food. Other than Wendy's this is the best fast food restaurant for its burgers especially the beef. I personally recommend chili cheese if you do not enjoy the classic ones.

Free flow drink I love it... friendly staff, fast food serving 5 minutes ready for me and there is food tester for onion ring crispy... taste is similar like other fast food they success to create different situationnnn. You can pay cash, debit, gopay, credit and ovo. Success for Carl's jr lippomall puri.

Great burger , medium to big portion of burger. Taste wise its really good. Price wise its abit more expensive than mcdonalds , burger king , etc. But it is recomended. And the drinks are free flow.

One of the best burger restaurant. Unlike other burger fast food restaurant, Carl's Jr. offer a much premium services by providing all you can drink, and put an unlimited supply of napkins on the table (other burger store only gives 1 napkin per order).
